Background: A contract management system was scheduled for a global launch for a major client. The existing translation companies were not equipped to handle the volume for 7 languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) in a limited time frame.

Scope: Novem was enlisted to provide a 24 hour delivery center working with resources in the US and China encompassing translators, editors, testers and system engineers.
