Implementing a New Project Tracking System for TIG

Background: A global consulting company needed a way to record individual and team progress on projects they were working on. The company also wanted a way for their clients to conveniently submit project requests and recommendations.

Scope: Novem Technology was asked to create a progress tracking system which could be accessed by both the global consulting company and the clients they were working with. The system needed to provide their clients with detailed descriptions about projects and offer a way for clients to quickly view project updates and changes.

Solution: Novem Technology created the online system Extranet which benefitted both the global consulting company and their clients. The system allowed the consulting company to create an organized project schedule detailing specific project deadlines and allowed the client to see the time and effort that was being put into particular details of a project. If a client had a request or suggestion, they could fill out an online that could be uploaded and worked on immediately. Extranet allowed project managers the ability to control the project progression and task completion.

Localization of an Existing Contract & Service Management in 7 Languages

Client: A global Application Service Provider

Background: A contract management system was scheduled for a global launch for a major client. The existing translation companies were not equipped to handle the volume for 7 languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) in a limited time frame.

Scope: Novem was enlisted to provide a 24 hour delivery center working with resources in the US and China encompassing translators, editors, testers and system engineers.

Solution: Novem was committed to excellent translation services at international standards. Consisting of native speaking translators from over 17 countries, the localization team provided highly qualified translation and the verification with strong domain knowledge in engineering, hi-tech, manufacturing, computer science, logistics, chemical industry and business affairs.
