Microsoft's Windows operating system market share for the first time below 90%

The system needed to provide their clients with detailed descriptions about projects and offer a way for clients to quickly view project updates and changes.

Solution:
Novem Technology created the online system Extranet which benefitted both the global consulting company and their clients. The system allowed the consulting company to create an organized project schedule detailing specific project deadlines and allowed the client to see the time and effort that was being put into particular details of a project. If a client had a request or suggestion, they could fill out an online that could be uploaded and worked on immediately. Extranet allowed project managers the ability to control the project progression and task completion.

Background: A contract management system was scheduled for a global launch for a major client. The existing translation companies were not equipped to handle the volume for 7 languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) in a limited time frame.
